  • Handling time:We take 1 - 2 Business Days as handling time before shipping the products and then we ship them between Monday - Friday
  • Transit Time:
         Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the following  transit time:

    United States 4-7 business days
    Canada 5-10 business days
    UK & EU 5-14 business days
    Australia/NZ 7-15 business days
    Worldwide 10-20 business days
  • Weekends/holidays excluded from processing time
 
DELIVERY TIME
 
The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.
 

Tracking
 
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


Parcels Damaged In Transit
 
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
