Refund Policy

At Casefuny, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and easy-to-follow refund and return policy.

 

Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we regret that we will no longer be able to process return or refund requests.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Unused condition: Product must be in original state
  • Complete packaging: All original tags and packaging materials intact
  • Within 30 days: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase: Valid order number required

 

Steps to Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at support@casefuny.com to receive a return label.

  • After receiving the return label, please print it out and securely attach it to your return package.
  • Send the product back to the address provided below.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. However, the conditions outlined above must be met for a successful return.

 

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if there is a quality issue, Casefuny will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect purchases, or failure to contact us before shipping, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

Late or Missing Refunds Late

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Cancellations or Modifications
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
